NBA Basketball

As the NBA season gets underway I want to address a common belief that I feel is ludicrous. It seems time and time again you hear people say the words "I don't like the NBA" or I don't like the NBA because thats not real basketball". These people are complete idiots and simply don't have time to watch the NBA- so because of this they decide to bash it to make themselves feel better about the fact that they are missing the best basketball a person can watch. If you don't like the NBA the reason is simple- it's because your not watching the games. Some of the most athletic people in the world are playing in this league and if you stopped and took the time to watch it you'd easily see it. Some say "i like college better". While I agree that I love the college game also, it makes no sense to love college and hate the nba. Thats like loving Cameron Manheim and hating Jennifer Anniston. Both have their talents but one is clearly a standout top notch actress who has the whole package. The NBA is a gathering together of the top 1% of college players from the past 10 years. If you like college how can you not love the NBA simply for the talent level it posseses? The 3 point shot in college is a glorfied free-throw shot, and yet very few college players shoot the 3 well. Think about it- Zydrunas Ilgauskas (Cav's center) could bang college 3's all night long. He's a 7 foot center!! But thats how great the NBA is. The NBA is the cream of the crop. If you don't like the NBA because you just don't like basketball then I'll accept that. But if you DO like basketball AND claim to not like the NBA then you simply don't like GREAT basketball. Your the guy that for some reason prefers rump roast over filet mignon. You're a fool Your loss.
